THE ROLE

Palisade Business Consulting, a boutique professional services firm based in Perth, Western Australia, is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time (negotiable) capacity for a contract period of six months. There may be a possibility to extend the contact following the end of the six months for the right candidate.

A strong work ethic, common sense and positive communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the role, you will:
Handle all aspects of client’s financial accounts




Coding of client financial data and transactions
Processing client payroll requirements
Preparation of BAS, IAS etc
Preparation of creditor payments
Reconciliation of accounts to Trial Balance
Filing and archiving of records.
Other administration tasks as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have at least 3 years experience as a Bookkeeper in Australia. Your experiences should include:
Knowledge of MYOB and Xero including data entry and payroll functions
A solid client focus and ability to work in a team
Common sense
