About the role

At Tindo, we are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Operations Team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring the effective triage, coordination, and management of customer cases. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our solar services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries via email
Provide customer service support,



assisting with troubleshooting and resolving basic scheduling or service-related issues, recording job notes etc
Support the team with administrative tasks, including MYOB, CRM and Office processes
