About the Project
This role forms part of ACCIONA's Power Systems team which delivers robust and cost-effective engineering solutions across complex infrastructure. Designs focus on constructability, safety and sustainability. You work with civil, structural and primary specialists across diverse scopes.

About the Prospect
You produce HV transmission line designs that meet specifications and support safe,



sustainable outcomes. You prepare drawings, reports and documentation, apply Safety in Design, use modelling tools and help resolve design issues. You collaborate across teams and contribute to design verification and improvement.

Develop HV transmission line designs
Use modelling tools to optimise performance
Prepare drawings, reports and specifications

Coordinate design inputs across disciplines
Resolve design issues and support improvements

Qualification and Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Chartered Status (including RPEV, RPEQ, NER & CPEng), or the ability to achieve within 6 months of commencing, is desirable
Tier 1/Tier 2 contractor or TNSP experience highly regarded.
4+ years' senior experience in transmission line design (220kV+)
Advanced PLS-CADD skills (preferably to 500kV); working knowledge of PLS-Tower.
Understanding of HV transmission, substations, and applicable standards.
Skilled in preparing clear, accurate reports, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
