About the role

This is a senior management opportunity within a growing organisation operating across Australian and offshore vocational education and workforce-development projects. The role will contribute across strategy, operations, governance, organisational performance, people leadership and stakeholder management with genuine opportunity to strengthen systems and help shape the organisation's next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities
Contribute to strategy and sustainable growth across clients, projects, delivery channels and partnerships
Provide senior oversight and support across governance, regulatory performance and organisational risk
Strengthen governance, risk management, management reporting and organisational readiness
Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, resource allocation and sustainable organisational performance
Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams spanning operations, compliance, quality and project/product development
Build a values-driven culture with transparent responsibilities, strong communication, disciplined execution and accountability
Support effective oversight of domestic and offshore operations, projects and partnerships
Build trusted relationships with clients, employers, industry stakeholders and strategic partners




Champion practical innovation and continuous improvement while maintaining robust governance and quality

About you
Demonstrated senior management experience within an Australian RTO, vocational education, workforce development or closely comparable regulated setting
Strong understanding of regulated vocational education environments; current RTO/VET regulatory knowledge is highly regarded
Strong commercial, financial, governance and risk-management capability
A record of building capable teams, improving systems and creating clear accountability across complex operations
Experience working across distributed, project-based, third-party or international operating environments is highly regarded
Strong stakeholder presence and the judgement to balance commercial, operational, governance and people priorities
VET qualifications, RTO leadership experience, high-risk training exposure and cross-cultural or international experience are highly regarded
