Prospect for experienced COOKS and CHEFS to join our iconic venues including Rattle N Hum and Paddy's Irish Pub by Red Rock Leisure in beautiful Port Douglas.

The desired candidate will be motivated and dedicated to work as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. You will work in a team of professionals who share your love of cooking & will be involved in the productive running of a busy high-volume kitchen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:
Experience in fast-paced environments and high-volume conditions
Ability to follow and develop recipes
All cooking duties as required
Maintain a clean cooking station
Responsible for organization and preparation of lunch and dinner service




Have excellent time management ability and organisational skills
Take pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations is advantageous
An enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethic
Immediate start in a busy restaurant
An ability to work as part of a team and produce a consistent product is a must.

This role requires flexibility, including availability for some early mornings and late nights as well as weekends.
