Home Care Services Manager - (Flexible | Part time or Full-Time Available)

About the Role

As Home Care Services Manager, you will develop and expand a range of home care services, including cleaning, meal services, ensuring participants receive quality reliable supports.

You will be responsible for:
Leading and growing our home care service delivery
Managing complex staff rostering and workforce coordination
Ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely and within budget
Building strong relationships with participants, families and staff
Identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth
Supporting positive participant outcomes through high-quality service provision
Leading a committed team and fostering a positive workplace culture

The successful applicant will be an organised, proactive and solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

You will bring:




Experience managing service delivery teams and operational programs
Robust rostering, scheduling and workforce coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capability

The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
