Yakiniku Goen is a Japanese BBQ restaurant located in South Brisbane, Rochedale. We are looking for FOH supervisor who is passionate, reliable, and have the can-do attitude.

Positions
FOH Supervisor

What We’re Looking For:
Lead and supervise front-of-house staff during service to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver high-quality customer service and handle guest enquiries or complaints professionally
Train, coach and support FOH team members to maintain service standards
Coordinate reservations, and service flow during busy periods
Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure productive communication
Assist with opening and closing procedures, and POS operation
Monitor staff presentation, punctuality, and performance on shift

Opening Hours

Mon - Thursday : 5:30pm - 9:30pm

Friday - 5:30pm - 10:00pm

Sat - 11:30 - 10:00pm (Break from 3pm - 5pm)

Sun - 11:30 - 9:30pm (Break from 3pm - 5pm)

Job Type: Casual (Full-time Available)
