About the role

Southeast Stone is seeking a skilled Stonemason / Installer to join our team in Caloundra West, Queensland. This is a full time role where you will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of high-quality stone products.

Installer
Installer offsider
Labourer/ Factory work

What you'll be doing
Fabricate and install a variety of stone products, including countertops, vanity tops etc
Operate machinery and tools to cut, shape, and polish stone materials
Measure, template, and design stone layouts for residential and commercial projects
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
Provide on-site support and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations

What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a stonemason, installer, or fabricator
Robust technical skills in stone fabrication and installation
Demonstrated experience working with various stone materials including engineered stone, natural stone, granite, marble, and quartz
Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools,



and machinery used in the stone industry
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Positive communication and customer service skills
Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
