Job Title: Handyman - Static Commercial Site | Sydney CBD
Salary: $42ph + Super
Full-Time Permanent Role | 38 Hours Per Week | Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking an experienced Handyman to join their team at a premium commercial office building in Sydney CBD. This is a rare chance to secure a full-time, static-site position within an exceptional facilities environment, offering stability, variety, and a fantastic workplace culture.

Working as part of a professional facilities management team, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high-profile commercial office building, ensuring it remains safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• General building maintenance and repairs
• Minor carpentry, patching, painting, and plastering works




• Basic plumbing and repair works
• Replacing fixtures, fittings, locks, and hardware
• Preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Responding to maintenance requests from tenants and building occupants
• Assisting with contractor supervision and site access
• Ensuring the building is maintained to a high professional standard

About You:

• Previous experience in a Handyman, Maintenance Officer, Building Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance, or similar role
• Trade qualification highly regarded (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical or similar)
• Strong all-round maintenance and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Qualified presentation and strong communication skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
