Position Title: Venue Manager & Floor Staff

About the Role:
Bobbys is seeking experienced and motivated team members to join the team with immediate start. There is a venue manager & multiple front of house positions available in a hands-on role, ideal for people with robust leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front-of-house, staff and guest experience.
Ability for floor staff to work in a fast paced setting.
Ensure high standards of service, food and beverage quality.
Motivate a team of hospitality specialists.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a high capacity venue.
Solid leadership and customer service skills.




Ability to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and health/safety regulations.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
