Oaks Cairns Hotel are looking for multiple enthusiastic and service-driven Bartender / Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team on a Part Time basis.

In this dual role, you’ll work across both the bar and restaurant floor, supporting smooth service during lunch and evening shifts. If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in a rapid-paced setting, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, with flexibility required across seven days, including weekends and public holidays we’d love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional service to all guests across the restaurant and bar.
Taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.
Recommending menu items confidently, sharing your knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and resolving guest needs with professionalism and warmth.

Shift Details:
Rotating roster across Monday through to Sunday
Shifts starting from 12.00pm (subject to change)
A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
