You lead by example, providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
Experienced in breakfast operations (buffet service), conference & events.
Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and inspiring teams.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings and on weekends.
What you will be doing?
Lead breakfast operations and assist with conference and events when required.
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
