LuxStyle is an established window furnishings company servicing NSW and based in Sydney Rydalmere, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in sales to join our team.

To be suitable for the role, you will need.
A Passion and Flair for colour, interior design, and an eye for detail.
Demonstrate Robust skills in measuring accurately and being efficient using software programs to deliver accurate quotes and measurements in the customers home every time.
Be self-motivated to drive leads and work autonomously in the field, to maximise sales opportunities potential.
A positive communicator to keep your customer updated, to maximise your customer service levels with each customer and to maintain the strong Cardell brand.
Must have a valid driver license

Key responsibilities
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
Conducting in office consultations to understand customer needs and recommend the perfect window solutions




Showcasing our wide range of high-quality curtains and blinds with confidence and expertise
Closing sales and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and influence
Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

Benefit
On target earnings: $130k
$55K BASE + Super + Huge Commission Structure
