We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy fabrication business in Belmont.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role overseeing the day-to-day operations of a small warehouse and supervising a team of 5.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate a small warehouse team
Manage goods receipting, despatch, picking & packing
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Coordinate logistics and external suppliers
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and organisation
Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations
Maintain a robust focus on OHS
ideally with warehouse/inventory software or ERP experience
Robust communication and customer service skills
Flexible, reliable and willing to learn
Robust commitment to workplace health & safety
Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:15pm
Friday: 6:00am – 1:00pm
38 hours per week + overtime as required
