The role
We’re looking for a front of house all-rounder who’s as comfortable running a busy section as they are pouring a perfect Negroni.

What you’ll do
Greet, seat and serve guests with genuine hospitality
Take orders, run food and drinks, manage payments
Mix easy cocktails, pour wine/beer with care, follow RSA
Keep bar and floor areas clean, stocked and running smoothly

What you’ll bring
Outgoing, friendly personality with strong presentation and hygiene
Previous bar or table service experience is a big plus




Confidence with POS, cash handling and guest interaction
Reliability, flexibility and good communication under pressure

Requirements
Current RSA (Vic)
National Police Check
Rights to work in Australia

Table Service or Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
