We are looking for reliable workers to join our beef manufacturing facility in Morningside. These are Permanent, Monday to Friday roles with an ASAP start.
Positions Available:
Process/Pick Packers – $33.25 per hour + Loading
Hours: 3:30pm start - Sunday to Thursday roster
Duties
Picking and packing orders
Strapping orders
Moving pallets and crates
Food Processing
De-cartoning
De-bagging
Dispatching orders
Labelling and sorting raw & cooked animal products, and other adhoc activities.
Team Leader - $35 per hour + Loading
- Team supervision
Working coordination
Safety Compliance
Training and Onboarding recent staff
Quality Control
Performance Monitoring
Shift Reports
Problem Solving
Communication with Management
Compliance
Roster and attendance Support
Team Culture Building
2IC - $30 per hour + Loading
- Support daily supervision
Shift lead when required

Applicants must possess the following
- The ability to work with BEEF
The ability to work in a cool workplace
The ability to lift heavy (up to 25kg) constantly
The ability to commit to a 38 hour week
Be able to undergo a pre-employment functionality and drug/alcohol test
Car and license are preferred but not required
