Bobby’s Cronulla is looking for a solid and experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team for the summer season.

We’re seeking a chef who takes pride in producing high-quality food, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. If you are passionate about your craft, maintain high standards and enjoy working as part of a driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section with confidence and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of your section and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
Maintain excellent organisation and mise en place throughout service.
Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures are followed.
Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering when required.
Lead by example with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.




Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working setting at all times.

What We're Looking For
3+ years previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up, with full working rights. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this position.
Solid technical cooking skills across multiple sections.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods.
A positive attitude and robust work ethic.
Passion for quality ingredients and consistent execution.
Commitment to teamwork and developing those around you.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
