About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support and help clients achieve their goals, access the community, and build independence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide support with daily living, community access and activities.
Support individual goals and wellbeing.
Maintain client notes and required documentation.
Work with families, carers and other specialists.
Follow NDIS, WHS, privacy and organisational policies.

Requirements
Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or similar.
Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience.
Current Criminal Record Check.
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of the NDIS framework.
