AusCare Partners Australia is looking for a reliable and caring female Support Worker to provide ongoing support to an NDIS participant living with her parents in Dandenong.
Available Shifts
Monday–Friday: 7:00am–9:00am
Monday–Friday: 3:00pm–6:00pm
There is potential for regular ongoing hours for the right worker.
Duties Include
Personal care and daily living support
Light household tasks and tidying
Meal preparation
Supporting the participant in maintaining a secure and comfortable home
Building a respectful and consistent long-term relationship with the participant and family
The participant is non-verbal, so patience, reliability, respectful communication and a caring approach are essential.
Requirements
Previous experience in NDIS,
disability or personal care support
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability or Aged Care (or relevant qualification)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Australian driver's licence
Reliable and insured vehicle
Full Australian working rights
Availability to commit to regular weekday shifts
Female applicants preferred/required for this particular support arrangement due to the personal-care requirements and participant preference.
Immediate start available following successful compliance checks and onboarding.
