Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with exceptional presentation
An accessible and empathetic communicator who values building a positive work environment through leading, training, and mentoring a team of baristas
Create visually appealing café and latte art beverages
Clear and wipe down tables, run food and drinks to tables, and restock front displays
Maintain a high standard clean and organised workspace
Jump willingly between coffee, floor service, retail, food service, cleaning and other café duties
Take ownership when something goes wrong and help find a solution
Support opening, closing and general café operations
Manage inventory and place orders for supplies if required or trained

Qualification and Skills:
Proven experience (at least 2 years) as a Barista in a busy setting
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
Friendly and welcoming personality with robust people skills.
Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced setting
Passion for the coffee industry is a must!
