LeWrap is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager / 2IC to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a rapid-paced hospitality environment. You will support daily operations, lead team members, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and assist in driving store performance across multiple locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily restaurant operations
Deliver outstanding customer service
Train, motivate and support team members
Manage shift operations and team performance
Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
Assist with recruitment and onboarding
Work across multiple Sydney locations as required

What We're Looking For:
Previous hospitality leadership experience




Solid communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organised and proactive attitude
Ability to perform under pressure
Flexible availability
Ability to travel between locations
