Atlas Lawyers Commercial is currently seeking a motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1-year post-admission experience in commercial law who is looking to develop their career within a growing and supportive legal practice.

About You

We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer who has:
Strong understanding of Australian commercial law, legislation, and legal procedures
Experience advising businesses and clients on commercial matters
Experience with commercial contracts, agreements, and negotiations




Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
A practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Skills & Qualifications
Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate
Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in commercial law
Experience across a diverse range of commercial and business matters
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Robust contract drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
Sound understanding of Australian commercial legislation and legal principles
