About the Role

Gilani Engineering is seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to support daily sales operations and client communications. The successful candidate will assist with inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and support order processing
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation




Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns professionally
Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports

Requirements
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Professional and positive approach to customer interaction

Preferred (Advantageous)
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries
Familiarity with preparing technical quotations
