About the role:
Division Barber Co is seeking an experienced, fully qualified Hairdresser/Barber to join our team on a full time basis. This is a hands-on role delivering premium haircutting, styling, beard grooming to our clients in a quick-paced, high-standard barbershop workplace.

Key duties and responsibilities:
Perform a full range of men's haircutting, styling and grooming services
Provide beard trims, shaves and grooming treatments
Deliver consistently high-quality client service and build a loyal client base
Maintain a clean, professional and well-presented work station
Advise clients on suitable hair and grooming products

Skills and experience required:
Minimum 3 years experience working as a qualified hairdresser or barber
Solid technical skills across a range of cutting and styling techniques
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work full-time across a rotating roster, including weekends

Pay: $52,880.00 – $98,000.00 per year
