Byron Garden Care is growing, and we’re looking for someone reliable and hardworking to join the team.

The role will involve a variety of residential garden maintenance around Byron Bay and the surrounding areas, including:

What we’re looking for:
Lawn mowing & edging Hedging & pruning Weeding & garden clean-ups Planting & mulching General garden maintenance
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle Gardening/landscaping experience preferred, but not essential
Reliable, punctual and good communication
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Positive attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to work independently and as part of a small team

We’re more interested in finding the right person with a valuable attitude and solid work ethic than someone who knows absolutely everything about gardening.
