Hurricane’s Grill is a vibrant and well-established steakhouse, famous for our succulent ribs, premium steaks and generous portions. With locations across Sydney, Indonesia and Dubai, Hurricane’s Grill has built a strong reputation for great food and memorable dining experiences.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team at Hurricane’s Grill Pyrmont.

About the Role

You will be working as part of a busy kitchen team, assisting with food preparation, cooking, cleaning and general kitchen duties while helping to maintain our high standards of food quality and presentation.

The Successful Applicant Will Have:
Previous experience working in a restaurant, café, pub or commercial kitchen
Basic cooking and food preparation skills
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen environment
Positive organisation and time-management skills




A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
Robust attention to cleanliness, hygiene and food safety
Ability to assist with washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas and general kitchen duties when required
Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Experience working with grills, fryers and food preparation will be highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Applicants must have a valid TFN and current working rights in Australia.
