L&R; Group—is a team dedicated to managing facilities communities love—we are seeking expressions of interest for enthusiastic individuals to join us as casual swim instructors at the iconic Cobar Swimming Pool.

This position instructs swimming activities, programs and water safety across our water school activities and levels

WORK TASKS + RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Provide a child protected workplace
Be professionally presented at all times.
Teaching/coaching swim techniques , strokes and water safety to students
Implementation of water schools core skills and development skills during lessons for each require swim level
Check and mark lesson attendance
Effective and friendly communication with students , parents and carers
Setup with correct equipment in designated teaching/coaching areas




Pack up equipment at end of session in a neat and tidy fashion
Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the Facilities Emergency Action Plan
Comply with facility safety, training, and document control.
Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and for the health and safety of others.
Setting up in a timely manner to start lessons at designated time.
Maintain industry qualifications, accreditation and career development courses.
