About the Role

You will work closely with clients in their homes and community, providing practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
Experience with Dementia participants
Personal care and daily living assistance
Domestic support including cleaning and meal preparation
Community access and transport assistance
Companionship and social support
Supporting clients with routines and independence

About You
Previous experience in disability, aged care or home care
Compassionate, reliable and respectful
Strong communication skills




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable approach to support work

Essential Requirements
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Police Check
First Aid & CPR Certificates
Working with Children Check
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
Infection Prevention and Control Certificate
Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
