Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair mobile phones, tablets and other devices.
Complete repairs accurately within required timeframes.
Perform quality control checks and maintain detailed service records.
Follow company and manufacturer repair procedures.
Manage parts, stock takes and workshop maintenance.
Use technical hand tools, soldering and diagnostic equipment.
Maintain a clean, organised and secure workshop.

About You
Previous experience in mobile phone/device repairs and diagnostics.
Strong hardware troubleshooting and technical skills.
Soldering and technical repair experience preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.




Passionate about technology and learning new repair techniques.
Must have full Australian working rights.
