Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team in Springwood, Queensland. This permanent, full-time role is essential for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients, ensuring their rehabilitation and recovery needs are met. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting health and wellbeing within the community, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans.




Implement and evaluate physiotherapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with organisational policies.
Participate in continuous career development and training initiatives.
Contribute to the development of health promotion programmes within the community.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
