About the Role We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage our accounts receivable function, with a focus on following up overdue accounts and ensuring timely payment collection. This is a adaptable, part-time position ideal for someone looking for supplementary hours or a role that fits around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email
Manage general accounts receivable processes
Reconcile payments and update account records in Xero
Liaise professionally with members regarding outstanding balances
Prepare aged receivables reports and escalate issues as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

About You
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable
Sound working knowledge of Xero (essential)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and positive organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a small office setting

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 per week
