Chadstone Motor Group is currently looking for experienced and qualified Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Oakleigh VIC.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Lead promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Oversee online sales growth and customer engagement through the company website.
Manage retail showroom promotions, merchandising, and customer experience.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.




Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management.
Proven track record in retail or e-commerce growth.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
Experience with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
Ability to develop creative campaigns aligned with brand values.

Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience.

Fulltime Position available.
