About the role

You'll work as a photographer and videographer capturing content across a range of client accounts including hospitality, beauty, retail, and more. You'll jump between shoots for different clients, creating content that's on-trend, on-brand, and ready to perform on social. You'll work closely with the content manager and strategy team to plan, shoot, and edit content that gets results for clients.

Key responsibilities
Plan and shoot photo and video content across a range of client accounts (hospitality, beauty, retail, and more)
Direct and style shoots on location and in-studio
Edit and colour-grade photos and video for social, paid ads, and web
Capture both polished brand content and natural, UGC-style content
Stay across current content trends and short-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Work to content calendars and campaign briefs, hitting deadlines




Travel to client locations across Adelaide
Manage and maintain your own gear kit
Collaborate with the content and strategy team to keep output aligned with each client's goals

About you
A portfolio or reel that shows off your photography and videography
Your own camera gear and editing software (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar)
Solid grip on what performs on social right now, short-form video especially
Own reliable transport for getting between client shoots around Adelaide
Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines without needing to be chased
Easy to work with, valuable communicator, shows up prepared, takes direction well
Bonus points for agency or brand content experience
