An experienced Centre Manager & Early Childhood Teacher role in a hands-on leadership position. You'll be teaching in the classroom while also overseeing the day-to-day running of the centre. This is a fantastic chance for someone who wants to combine genuine educational impact with operational leadership in a supportive, family-oriented setting.

Key responsibilities
Supervising and mentoring our team of educators
Building trusted, lasting relationships with families
Helping oversee the day-to-day running of the centre
Delivering an engaging, developmentally appropriate educational program
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations
Managing rostering, enrolments and general centre operations
Supporting each child's individual pace and development, Montessori-style

About you
Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of ECE or equivalent),



or relevant Diploma/Certificate III with robust leadership experience
Previous experience in a centre management, room leader, or senior educator role
Solid understanding of the NQF, EYLF and WHS requirements
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
A warm, proactive approach and genuine passion for early childhood development
Solid communication skills and the ability to build trust with children, families and staff

Pay: $105,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
