Confido Security Group is a leading provider of security and crowd control services across Western Australia. We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Crowd Controllers and Security Officers to join our growing team.

Strong physical presence and situational awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities
Professionalism in team and independent work environments
Competency in report writing (paper and digital)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a secure and secure environment for patrons, clients, and staff
Monitor premises to prevent theft, damage, or anti-social behavior
Provide First Aid when required
Uphold site-specific protocols and contribute to team cohesion

FIFO Opportunities:
2:2 / 4:4 Roster (with the option to work metro shifts on off weeks in Perth)

Requirements:

Applicants must have the following:
WA Security Officer and Crowd Control Licences (required)
Current First Aid Certificate
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Valid Driver’s Licence
Client-specific site inductions (can be arranged)
