As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our dentists and ensuring smooth patient flow. You will assist during procedures, maintain a sterile and organized workplace, and help patients feel at ease before, during, and after treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures
Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, crowns, and cleanings
Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified)
Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
Provide post-operative instructions to patients
Maintain accurate patient records
Ensure infection control standards are followed
Help manage patient scheduling and front-desk support as needed
Requirements:
Dental Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
