Banjo’s Bistro is rapid becoming a local institution for families, sports groups and your golden oldies too.
Located in the old East Malvern RSL the venue overlooks a now repurposed beer garden for 300 people. Upstairs is a large bistro which can be used for large functions of 200 plus or sit down casual meals
We are growing rapidly and need an experienced all rounder to help manage day to day operations - service, bookings, ordering and set up / pack down. The ideal candidate will also work within our general manager ensuring functions are executed to a high standard.
We’re an open minded organisation wanting our people to collaborate and be part of the business from the ground up
