Action Workforce are currently seeking experienced Pick Packers with RF scanning experience to join a large, well-known Distribution Centre based in Truganina, Western Suburbs, working specifically on the Night Shift across the Sorter, Non-Con and Apparel teams.

We are seeking experienced, reliable and physically fit candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling a variety of products, including large and bulky items weighing up to 25kg+. Some items may require a two-person lift.

Night Shift
10:00pm – 5:00am
Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities during busy peak periods.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and sorting products accurately
Working across the Sorter, Non-Con and Apparel teams
Sorting and processing apparel and general merchandise
Handling large, bulky and non-conveyable (Non-Con) items
Operating pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Following manual handling and workplace safety procedures
Meeting daily productivity
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Successful Applicants Require:
Previous RF scanning,



picking and sorting experience
Experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre workplace
Ability to lift and handle 25kg+ repeatedly
Pallet jack experience
Robust understanding of manual handling procedures
Previous experience with Sorters, Non-Con or Apparel is highly regarded
Tugger experience is advantageous but not essential
Full availability for the 10:00pm–5:00am night shift
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work to KPIs with robust time management skills
Reliable attendance and a robust work ethic
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
