About the role

Lead exclusive, one-on-one bridal styling consultations within our luxury flagship studio. Deliver a highly bespoke, intuitive styling experience tailored to each individual bride, guiding clients through one of the most significant fashion purchases of their lives. Working within our beautiful flagship showroom, you will cultivate genuine client relationships while delivering the elevated, sophisticated service that defines our brand heritage.

Key responsibilities
Host exclusive,



one-on-one bridal styling consultations within our luxury flagship studio
Deliver a highly bespoke, intuitive styling experience tailored to each individual bride
Cultivate ongoing client relationships through thoughtful, qualified post-appointment follow-up
Manage accurate client profiles and order records within our CRM system
Maintain the immaculate visual presentation and daily operational standards of the showroom
Contribute to a collaborative, sophisticated, and high-performing team culture

About you
Minimum 2 years of premium sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion, bridal, or high-end retail
Proven track record of delivering flawless, client-focused luxury service
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed premium sales targets and KPIs
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with a discerning clientele
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses an immaculate personal presentation that aligns with a high-fashion aesthetic
Deep appreciation for couture craftsmanship, textiles, and contemporary fashion trends
