Job Description

As a Customer Experience Officer, you’ll be the voice of Capital Transport—tracking calls, engaging with clients, and resolving service issues before they escalate.



You’ll work closely with subcontractors and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery operations and client satisfaction.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering the opportunity to grow within a energetic, customer-focused environment.

Your Week at a Glance
Track and manage incoming calls
Contact regained clients and major accounts to encourage repeat business
Identify and resolve service issues before they impact clients
Communicate delivery delays and updates to clients
Liaise between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve issues
