Talent Acquisition Specialist

$125,000 plus Superannuation

Join a global gaming and technology company as it builds its in house talent function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to own full cycle recruitment for a rapid growing international team, partner directly with senior stakeholders, and shape how hiring is done as the business reduces its reliance on external agencies. Key Responsibilities:
Own end to end recruitment for roles across Australia and internationally, from briefing hiring managers through to offer and onboarding handover
Proactively source and build pipelines of talent for current and upcoming roles, including hard to fill and specialist positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insight, and act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, including fee arrangements and exclusivity terms, and decide where an agency adds value versus where a role should be filled internally
Keep the HR and ATS system accurate and up to date,



and provide regular recruitment reporting such as time to fill, pipeline health, and agency usage.

Key Requirements:
Prior experience in full cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, in house or agency side
Hands on experience sourcing candidates directly, not just managing an agency pipeline
Confidence managing multiple roles and stakeholders at once without dropping the ball on any of them
Experience working in a startup or fast scaling workplace, with comfort supporting hiring across multiple time zones
Full Australian working rights required.
