TaxStudio was founded in San Francisco and now are 15 professionals spread out across the globe with offices in San Francisco, Boise and Sydney. Our client base of 300+ are across the globe all with US tax and compliance needs and we have a particular concentration of clients from Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Poland.

Our Need in Sydney

We are looking to bring on a full time team member to our Sydney office to service our global clients with a particular focus on clients out of Australia and New Zealand that have US activities. You will report to the US Tax / Corporate Compliance Manager who is also based in Sydney (in addition to working with the rest of the TaxStudio team in the US, etc.).

What you'll do every day




Assist in US corporate compliance filings
Assist with planning and advisory as it relates to US corporate compliance exposures for non-US companies
Participate in US corporate compliance trainings
Maintain accurate records of compliance filings
Communicate with clients on corporate compliance requests
Assist with various US tax filings (e.g., sales tax, income tax, etc.)

What will you bring:
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive, team-oriented working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, with the capacity to solve problems and work effectively with others
Knowledge or experience in excel and google sheets
