We are looking for 2 reliable Kitchen Hands to join our team at TRATTOR, an Italian restaurant in Neutral Bay. Position 1 — Wednesday to Sunday Wednesday & Thursday: 5:00pm – Closing Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 12:00pm – Closing Position 2 — Friday to Tuesday Friday, Monday & Tuesday: 5:00pm – Closing Saturday & Sunday: 9:00am – Closing Main Duties Washing dishes and kitchen equipment General kitchen cleaning Keeping the kitchen clean and organised Assisting the kitchen team Basic food preparation Training Provided No cooking experience is required. Full training will be provided. Once you are comfortable with the Kitchen Hand duties, we will train you to work on:



Fryer section Pasta section Basic kitchen prep and service This is a excellent prospect for someone who wants to start as a Kitchen Hand and learn cooking skills and grow into a kitchen role.
