We’re seeking a Head of End User Compute (Senior Manager) to lead end‑to‑end digital workplace services within a Wipro‑led managed service for a regulated Energy & Utilities organisation. This is a client‑embedded leadership role with real accountability for secure, resilient and experience‑led workplace outcomes that directly support frontline safety, operational continuity and corporate productivity.

What you’ll be accountable for

Owning digital workplace business and experience outcomes using BLAs and XLAs

Leading EUC services across endpoints, identity experience, collaboration and Tier 1–3 support

Translating service performance into business impact, workforce experience and risk insight

Driving continuous service improvement, problem management and automation

Operating confidently in regulated, SOCI‑aware, zero‑tolerance environments with multiple vendors

Who this role is for

Senior utilities or regulated‑industry workplace / operations leaders

Mature managed services leaders from leading SIs or MSPs

Consulting‑trained operators seeking real accountability and client‑embedded ownership

What you bring

10+ years leading





end user compute / digital workplace services

in complex settings

Experience running

client‑embedded managed services

with outcome‑based governance

Executive presence and credibility with Operations, Technology and Risk leaders

Robust understanding of

endpoint platforms, identity experience, service desk and CSI

Ability to balance

experience, security, operational risk and regulatory expectations
