experience in commercial kitchen is an advantage
ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week- up to 10.30pm including a Friday or Saturday evening (or both)
must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved
tasks include but not limited to, washing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, use of fryer, grill & hot plate organising recycling and rubbish removal, mopping floors, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment
Pay rates according to Restaurant Industry Award
