The Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team at the Mackay Community Health Centre is seeking applications from Occupational Therapist or Psychologist or Social Worker or Clinical Nurse to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your chance

The Mental Health Clinician (Clinical Nurse) provides advanced level clinical skills to ensure patient-focused evidence-based nursing care, plans and coordinates the clinical management of patient/client care and provides leadership and support to other nursing staff within the Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs Division (MHAODD).

About the Team

The Division of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs is comprised of eight clinical teams across the MHHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems.



Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.
