About Us
We're a proud, community-driven organisation specialising in in-home care, transport and community engagement for people with disabilities across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie. Our unique blend of social work, mentoring, and lifestyle management services ensures our participants receive the best possible care and support.
The Role
As a Disability Support Worker you'll provide personalised support to children, adults, and seniors with disabilities in their homes and community. Your responsibilities will include domestic assistance, personal care, community access, and helping create opportunities for positive change in their lives while fostering independence and dignity.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
Demonstrates empathy, patience, and understanding
Lives locally and understands our community
Can work independently while being part of a supportive team
Has relevant experience in disability support or dementia care
Requirements:
Qualification in disability,
aged care or equivalent
Own reliable car with fully comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
