Ostra Care is seeking reliable and compassionate Support Workers to transport NDIS participants to join our team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:
Transport Participants
Community access and social support
Transport to appointments and activities
Assistance with daily living tasks (occasional)
Supporting participants to achieve their goals

Requirements:
ABN Required (or willing to obtain before starting)
Current Driver Licence
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Previous disability, aged care, or support work experience is desirable
