What We're Looking For:
A National Quality Framework-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent, or actively working towards one.
Proven experience providing education and care for children from birth to five years, including children with additional needs.
The ability to lead, support and guide other educators, students and volunteers.
Solid communication skills and a warm, caring approach to working with children, families and the local community.
Current Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), National Criminal History Check, First Aid, asthma and anaphylaxis management training.
A solid appreciation of Indigenous culture and genuine enthusiasm for living and working in a remote community.
