We are hiring for Test Analyst -ServiceNow for Sydney location.
Role: Test Analyst -ServiceNow
Location: Sydney
Duration: 12 months minimum with potential extension
7+ years of experience in software/manual testing.
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing.
Strong experience in manual testing and test case design.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Valuable understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes.
Experience with defect management and tracking tools such as JIRA.
Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
